Lovely cafe/restaurant. Breakfast food is gorgeous and I have nearly always been happy with the dinner food. It does get very hot as the kitchen isn't closed off so wear removable layers!

Good quality, tasty food. Cool place, good for a family catch up, or a date! But the prices are too high in my opinion - £5 for a vanilla milkshake in a glass is too much - at that price it should be one of those big pint sized metal milkshake cups.

Good food, but staff training badly needed... We've been coming here for years, and the food *is* good, but staff regularly can't use the till, charge the wrong prices, can't operate the loyalty card scheme, forget parts of the order. This isn't a particular individual, it's across the board, so I'm guessing there's something missing in the training here.

It is a good place to visit for Sunday lunch. Make sure that you book table ahead of time as the tables are very quickly reserved. Good, tasty food, variety of food, pleasant atmosphere and music.

Everything was going so well until I found eggshell in my scrambled eggs. It just put me right off wanting to order anything else. I was offered but declined. Having said that the portions were ample but one thin slice of sourdough bread fell short of adequate. Friendly service although rather slow for the non busy period.

Great to see a new redesigned J&F open again. The refit has made the space feel lighter & more spacious even though they now have more seating inside & outside. Menu has all the brunch classics on, fresh fruit smoothies & JCT coffee. Welvome back guys L.
