Friendly environment and good food. The 2 course option for £17.50 is a very good deal, although the choices are limited. The service was excellent and considerate. Lovely views too and the ideal way to finish off a pleasant few hours wandering through the museum. I would definitely recommend.

A great terrace for enjoying al-fresco dining, but the lack of exterior heaters means that few are brave enough to use the space in winter months. The cakes at tea time leave a lot to be desired, but the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere that makes up for the lack in quality.

Well, the ambience is very nice. Food not so good. Very limited options when ordering the Menu, also the spanish waiter was a little bit harsh when asking to take a picture of us. Considering we just spent 200£ it would have been nice for him to take a quick picture as we asked. Won’t recommend the place.

Went for an afternoon tea. It arrived 30 min after seating, drinks arrived 45 later. A glass of apple juice was £4.20. 'view' is only of the Randolph Hotel's roof. A very disappointing experience on a special occasion.

The staff were very nice and attentive, the location is superb and great for when the weather is nice. The afternoon tea was nice but I was expecting a bit more for the price. The cakes on top were all quite plain and tasted the same so it needed some variety. The sandwiches were okay but also a bit bland.

Agree with other comments. Expensive and service and experience alike a Sainsbury’s cafe. Paid out £75 for an afternoon tea for my daughters birthday. Service was awful, afternoon tea was below average. Watch out for the little oopps I’ve automatically added a 10% service charge to your already overpriced bill. Would not recommend 😞
