Really disappointed... I used to shop here a lot and they had some amazing pieces and the customer service was exceptional. What has happened? Don't be so pushy within 30 seconds of arrival you're losing customers

Love this store!! The staff here are so helpful and friendly, they make you feel at home and very honest. if something doesn’t suit, they let you know. Really cool clothes could spend all day shopping in this shop. Good selection of different menswear! The shop is also extremely well merchandised! Best menswear store in Manchester!

I stopped going in this a while back due to the older guy who literally jumps on you as soon as you enter the place. Then each time you touch an item to get a better view, he is behind you telling you it comes in other sizes and colours etc! So you politely say thank you and go to walk downstairs to get away from him so you can take you time to look around... but he follows you downstairs! Again, each time you view something he gives you a story about it! This guy is too much, he really is. So i went in this week hoping it was a different member of staff. Nope, he's there again. And again not getting the hint or leaving you alone. So much so, that i decided to just walk out. I though i did try something on, he'd more than likely want to come into the fitting room with me. Shocking way of dealing with clientele...

what to say about this shop. good points - nice clothes, well laid out and different styles to what you find on the high street bad points - THE OWNER. Within walking 2 steps into the shop hes on you. Giving a running commentary on everything you look at or pick up to get a better look. Makes a shopping experience very uncomfortable. you then go down stairs to have a look at the other clothing and he follows you and continues his strange overbearing sales technique. If this is your idea of a fun shopping experience, you'll enjoy it, but 99% of people wont enjoy it. Overall - Nice clothes Overbearing owner Running commentary Uncomfortable experience

Fantastic multi-brand store, with a great range of product offering from good quality, on trend and niche brands, . The staff are very knowledgable, attentive and helpful. Customer service is impeccable, including their delivery. The ambiance, interior and visuals in the store are also great too, its easy to spend a lot of time and a lot of money in such a great boutique. Thanks guys!
