Really friendly staff, great spacious family room, a reasonably priced and yum restaurant, good coffee, comfortable bed. And the absolute clincher...I asked for an accessible bathroom, and they actually arranged it, no fuss. Which neeeever happens, it's usually ignored and then an exhausting process to arrange. Thank you!

Very nice hotel, beautiful clean rooms and very comfy beds. Staff are great and welcoming. Great parking. We had breakfast at the restaurant before we headed home and the food was very yummy. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great rooms and location on the outskirts of Wagga. The meals on site were overpriced for the quality received. Recommend having meals during your stay across the road at the farmers hotel.

Staff do not care about you!!! We had a dirty room given to us at first which was resolved with a new room. We were left waiting between 10:50pm and 11:30pm on our first night for the security guard to let us into our new room as one of our key cards did not work. Management left us a bottle of $20 wine but nothing further which was disappointing considering we started with a dirty room as well. We asked for a refund of one night or a complimentary stay on our next visit to Wagga but that was apparently not doable. We would have been happy to stay again if we felt even remotely valued but we will now not be staying at the international again. Staff were polite but were stubbornly unapologetic like the room was the cleaners fault and the lock out was the security guards fault. It seemed as though reception/management felt that as they were not directly at fault that there was no need to offer anything more than cheap wine. If you get a nice room and your key card works you might like the international, but as soon as you have an issue I wish you good luck in finding a member of staff who acts like they care about making your stay memorable or pleasant at all. Credit where credit is due… the bed was very comfy.

Really nice hotel. We arrived late and the staff were very helpful. Upgraded us to a lovely room. We went to the restaurant in the hotel which was great, nice not to have to go far for dinner. Loved the food. Will be happy to stay here again.
