Really enjoyed our night at Innside. The suite was clean and tidy and pretty big. The breakfast was really nice. The creamy porridge was to die for and my poached eggs were soft and runny, with the toast having a lovely taste. My wife really enjoyed her 'mashed' avocado too. Everything was delivered in a Covid 19 safe way. Plus reception were very helpful in getting us a taxi to return to the hotel later in the evening.

Thank you for our lovely two night stay. We loved our townhouse room, very spacious and my daughter was thrilled that she had her own TV , bed and room! The room was very clean and comfortable. The complimentary mocktails were delicious. We loved the breakfast options and all staff very friendly and welcoming. The whole hotel has a very cozy feel to it and location was perfect. Thank you again and will definitely be back again. It was a much needed staycation and well timed before the lockdown! Yasmin

We were going to stay at the Hilton but google maps showed me Innside also. Stayed at the Hilton before but I prefer this place all day. Fantastic modern spacious room. Great shower. Friendly staff and the breakfast was very good. Much cheaper than the Hilton. Highly recommended if you’re staying in Manchester and a stones throw from Deansgate locks.

I booked very last minute and was glad I got a lovely king size room for two nights. They even put a note on our mirror and left a heart balloon in our room, that was such a lovely touch. Check in was so simple and quick. We both loved the huge bedroom, the room was so clean and relaxing. We made use of the gym, steam room and sauna (one for the main reasons for booking) Great location in central Manchester also, so easy to get around the city. Breakfast was lovely every morning a mixture of cooked and continental foods. Two coffee machines and hot tea ready to go! I was sad to leave thanks for a lovely stay!

We could not book in till 3, lovely lady took our bags and tagged. When we got back different lady, who just said what bags and opened door to luggage. Room was lovely and clean, but water bottles in lift, vacuum left in hall, and empty glasses outside a room. Half board food could not fault. Check out was efficient.

Very nice place. Staff are helpful. Breakfast was very good, good choice, but was a bit shocked to bite into my piece of melon and taste onion. Looks like they'd cut the melon with the same knife as the onion. But in the big scheme of things it wasn't that much of a problem.

Great option for theatre/show stays at the Ritz or Home it’s super close. Really nice modern hotel. The decor in the bar and room areas is looking really fresh. Comfy beds, and decent showers are a good touch. The open plan bathroom does take a bit of getting used to, but don’t worry the loo and shower are safely behind doors. There’s no wardrobe options, just the hanging hooks by the door so maybe an issue for a longer stay. Tv was a bit small too, but not exactly a show stopper. Would definitely stay again!

What a fantastic hotel , with excellent service! Our room exceeded our expectations with a comfortable nights sleep. Breakfast was awesome with a good variation of choice, from full English, continental and and array of pastries and cereals. Its ideal for families and couples and close to bars, restaurants and the city centre. Would definitely stay again.
