I had a dreadful experience. I had one electrolysis session with Marnie which was fine. She told me that it would take more than one session to deal with my broken veins. However when I returned she asked what she could do to help without even looking at my skin. I said that I still had some broken veins and would like to have more treatment. She did a treatment and I noticed that I could hardly feel anything being done on one half of my face. Later, redness and scabs developed on one side of my face and more broken veins were gone after this healed, whereas the other side developed almost no redness and scabs and did not change at all. I returned to see her again to ask why she had only treated one side and she said that the other side had not been healed so she could not treat it at the time! This was nonsense as both sides of my face would have healed at the same rate. Also, if the skin on one side really wasn't healed, she should have told me that and asked me if I wanted to be treated again on one side only. or if I wanted to wait until my whole face was healed. She spoke to me in an inappropriate manner and did not apologise.

Wonderful service, very professional, friendly, lashes helpful,got lashes done here and they're the best I've ever had, if I lived in Edinburgh I would be set but unfortunately I don't, if I ever go back I would definitely choose this place

Had individual eyelash extensions done here last week and I LOVE THEM. Very professional and great service. Was a bit nervous getting them done but the process was so calming I actually feel asleep for a bit. They are still looking amazing. Highly recommend this place!

Very professional and very good at what they do!. The staff were very good, the pedicure was amazing as well as the the facial. Will be back soon.

Imarni definitely provides the best beauty treatments in Edinburgh! Marni and her colleagues are very professional and accurate, they use only high quality products and meet your specific needs with their expertise. I tried electrolysis in many salons but only Marni has been able to solve my problem. I am super satisfied and I would recommend them to anyone!

Imarni is a fantastic salon, one of the best in Edinburgh. The staff are professional and friendly and always provide an informative and relaxing experience. I've had several treatments including a really lovely hot stone massage, a spray tan and Romana made a fantastic job of making my eyebrows look pretty! Would definitely recommend Imarni for an all round fabulous experience, 5 stars *****
