Had an appointment booked. I arrived before my appointment time. No one around, fair enough At my appointment time I see some other customers come out. Like they will be cleaning won't be long Another 45 minutes I sat there, still no one came. So I just left Super unprofessional. If I was late for my appointment it would be taken out of my appointment time If you could no longer make the appointment you take our numbers for this reason

Was nice however there was a very unpleasant smell in the spa and in the sauna there was a fitness class that was very noisy and ruined the peacefulness I feel as tho £6.00 was a bit of a stretch.. even tho this is an offer I don’t think £10 is worth it I feel like if it was cheaper it would be a lot more Value for money.. not overly impressed wasn’t the worst tho!! Also its too far away from the pool are we suppose to take our swim suits off and then go through reception to put them back on? I was a little confused at that one?
