Called to book a hair appointment on the same day, was told they could book me in 30 minutes from my call, I was about 25 minutes away so I paid for the subway to get there in time. Two minutes prior to arriving, I received a text saying the person before us didn’t like what they had done and wanted it changed and so I couldn’t have my hair done. As I was already there I went in and immediately was told I had been called multiple times about it in a very accusing manner, though I had no missed calls and only received the text a few minutes prior. I would’ve been understanding had they treated me well and sincerely apologised for wasting my time and subway fare, however they instead blamed me for not booking the morning as the treatment I wanted would take too long, even though when I asked on the phone they said it would be fine. I was made to feel ridiculous as they belittled me and blamed me. They were very disrespectful in the way they spoke to me and I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. Appalling customer service that they should be embarrassed by.
