Called to book a hair appointment on the same day, was told they could book me in 30 minutes from my call, I was about 25 minutes away so I paid for the subway to get there in time. Two minutes prior to arriving, I received a text saying the person before us didn’t like what they had done and wanted it changed and so I couldn’t have my hair done. As I was already there I went in and immediately was told I had been called multiple times about it in a very accusing manner, though I had no missed calls and only received the text a few minutes prior. I would’ve been understanding had they treated me well and sincerely apologised for wasting my time and subway fare, however they instead blamed me for not booking the morning as the treatment I wanted would take too long, even though when I asked on the phone they said it would be fine. I was made to feel ridiculous as they belittled me and blamed me. They were very disrespectful in the way they spoke to me and I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. Appalling customer service that they should be embarrassed by.

Got a very last minute appointment for a Hollywood Wax which was brill. £25 for a Hollywood where they're not using natural wax I feel is expensive. There were also a few hairs left behind so not the cleanest wax but still happy to have been fitted in so last minute. She used gloves and there was fresh paper towel down on the bed which is always good. The floor had bits of wax stuck on it so you either had to grin and bear it as you're getting on the bed or be very careful where you're putting your feet.

Got an amazing deal on a hollywood and half leg wax for this salon and the owner was able to squeeze me in for an appointment today after only phoning a few hours before to query the deal. The woman who dealt with me was lovely, attentive and put me at ease whilst doing a great job. Would go back again and would definitely recommend to other

DELETING REVIEWS or blocking them is also pathetic! It is not acceptable to treat a customer like this and then block them, it's childish behaviour. They cannot take the truth! DO NOT GO HERE!!! The ruined my sisters hair and refused to fix it at all. They're very unfriendly which created an uncomfortable atmosphere and their customer service was appalling. The results on her hair where inconsistent and clearly showed the hair technician wasn't professional and didnt know what she was doing. Everything was rushed and she then refused to fix it, poor customer service. Don't waste your time going here!
