Highly recommend this salon all the staff are amazing. Very clean, professional and relaxing. I love coming here especially to see Sarah and Renata hair is always fab and my waxing is always done so professionally I would rather wait for a free appointment than go anywhere else.

Disappointing and rude. The treatment (wax) was nice but I eventually realised that it burnt me and peeled me in some areas! I informed them saying that i was in real pain and that I could not be exposed to sun for my entire beach holiday... I also made it clear that could happen and I didn't want any monetary compensation or I would not posted any bad reviews. Just asked them to be more careful and review their products or provide extra training to staff. However, after 2 weeks of radio silent, I thought that I deserved at least an apology!!!

Extremely kind, wonderful and hardworking staff. They really listen to you, they honestly make you look gorgeous for any occasion. The staff give you absolutely 100% professional styling tips. A very positive, enlightened environment. I would definitely recommend them. They are the best in Oxford.

I chose this salon because of their vegan and cruelty free options. I was so touched by the personal touch of chatting to me on Facebook before my appointment to check about products etc. When I went, Courtney cut my hair and I have to say that it is the best hair cut I have ever had. I have often found that my hair has been cut in a generic way that doesn’t frame my face well and is hard to style afterwards. Courtney really listened and I am so happy with the result, I will definitely be back next time. Great value for money as well!

All the staff are so professional and very friendly. They made sure you feel safe in the salon specially now. Karen is so accommodating and treats you like a long lost friend that when you come for a visit you just want to catch up on things. She always gets the hairstyle you want and leaves you satisfied.
