I made the mistake of not calling before visiting the shop, as i arrived i asked the owner if he could cover a bike seat only to be met with a quite blunt "not interested" reply! a simple sorry don't do vehicles would have been sufficient. If you haven't got the business he wants you're not going to get a polite experience unfortunately.
