Michaela was very professional and considerate. The haircut was done well at a good price and she gave good advice on how to take care of my hair. Conversation was interesting. I since had a manicure with Nadia which was done well. She was friendly and my hands felt smooth afterwards. She didn’t ask if I wanted a makeup mark removed from my hands. Since the manicure I have noticed some slight chips in my nails (it’s only been four days). I did ask about wearing washing up gloves to clean and they said gel should be fine. This is something to bear in mind when comparing with other salons. Nadia has since run to re-arrange the appointment for another date. I was going to go this month but decided I don’t have the time. I’ve now re-arranged for November and the salon were very understanding of my exemption from wearing a mask. Since then the salon have rang saying I must have the free manicure done immediately. I am not interested in this as getting my nails right is taking too much time. I didn’t anticipate I would enjoy the manicure or it would last due to my experience last time. The issue I had with my nails is documented in a photo attached to my review.

Sam is the best skin therapist in Birmingham. Cannot recommend her enough for facials and waxing. X

This is a lovely salon; bright and friendly when you arrive. Have had my hair cut and coloured by Becky for a while, she is brilliant at what she does. She always takes the time to understand exactly what you want and is lovely and easy to chat to. Would recommend Hush.

I went to Hush on Wednesday with a vision of what I wanted Lottie carefully talked it through with me and made it work perfectly for my hair type. When I say I walked out with exactly what I wanted I mean it was kinda better. I just had a cut this time but we talked about changing the colour next time and she has such exciting creative ideas. It's really nice to visit a hairdresser that will actually help you get the best possible look to suit you. Everyone I spoke to was really helpful and friendly. It was a great experience.

I have been coming to Hush for many years now and my favourite and one and only hairstylist is Lotti . She knows my hair, what styles suit me and says it how it is!!. Never disappointed. The staff are so welcoming and friendly . What more can you ask for! Fabulous place , fabulous staff and I always leave with a smile !!!

I was welcomed by the staff and offered a drink, which I thought was nice. The staff were professional and lovely. Demi was my hairdresser and she provided me with a lot of helpful advice in looking after my hair and she cut my hair perfectly, all whilst being friendly and funny. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place and I don't think there is a salon that would beat their amazing service.

I've been seeing Charlotte (Lottie) for a while now for my hair and she never disappoints. Very good with her consultations, hair colouring, cut and styling and you'll always leave the salon feeling fabulous. Thank you for always giving me a great experience 😊👍
