I've been a member of the gym for a month now, it's spot on, no grief, no chesties, just a good bunch of people. The gym has great equipment, well maintained, changing rooms are always clean, the lounge area is always immaculate, all the staff are welcoming, polite and professional in attitude. I highly recommend for a beginner or seasoned gym goer.

An incredible place to work meet and play, with really friendly staff and just as important fantastic customers, it’s great to witness them in the lounge doing deals helping each other and making friends, so many business in the hub are growing out of there space and taking larger space to assist them expanding #its all here

This is a really nice multi-purpose venue just off J26 which we used for a team offsite and co-working space. Very good value versus other options we considered. The shared working space has coffee on tap and a food/bar area and a warm, relaxed atmosphere to work in. There is also a very well spec'd gym which didn't have time to use but will certainly make use of next time we're there. Everything you really need for a workspace and at good prices, too.

Friendly staff, great gym and a cosy area to drink green tea (or wine) after a good work out!

The gym is clean and has a good selection of equipment, the lounge area is great to chill & grab a coffee, and office facilities are to a very high standard. The owner has done a great job of turning an industrial space into an inviting and professional productivity powerhouse. Any chance you could hang a boxing bag indoor gym though?
