Find the staff at the HSBC bank in Keynsham very brusk abrupt almost rude they seem to think they are doing you a favour by serving you. I went in the bank to put some money in the account of a friend of mine and walked out thinking I'm so glad i don't bank with HSBC. So sad a little smile and common curtsy goes a long way. Customer service v poor

4/ 5

I have used this branch for many years. I have always found the staff courteous and helpful. However, like many premises on the High Street, they are under pressure to provide their normal standards of service during stressful times, particularly with customers. Certain members of the public have a higher opinion of their importance than the staff . . . . .
