As a business customer it’s hard to get in and out quickly. There s dedicated change pick up point which is never manned meaning I have to join the queue of pensioners asking for money out. There should be someone manning the queue that can grab change when needed. Poorly managed sorry.

Dreadful officious place, you can only enter the building if you bank with them..the dreadful greedy excessive behaviour of the executives reflected in its mean spirited, ill informed staff....whose stupidity meant effectively that we couldnt pay money into a Nat west account...dreadful...the people who accosted us seem not to understand that the bank was part of RBS...and so how they would perform assisting customers, and giving advice and guidance, lord only knows...doubtless they could sell you insurance..dreadful place

Nice looking inside but just 2 people helping customers on a friday lunchtime. I totally appreciate that you can do a great deal on the multiple machine in the building but they're not perfect for everything needed or all customers

Worst designed branch I have ever been in. They just want you use machines that consistantly don't work, and only 2 cashiers that are meant to be for business customers.Takes twice as long to do anything. The only thing more annoying than using this branch is changing banks!

This is bank that claims on their signs to be a helpful bank. I run a business and need to pay in cash and cheques. How is being open between 10 and 1 helpful? If it was helpful banking they would open earlier or be open till 2pm to cover the entire lunch hour. It really irritates me having had to take a morning off work and wait for an hour in a queue, to come across a sign saying "helpful banking". There's all sorts of businesses doing amazing and incredible things to help during the lockdown. NatWest is not one of them!
