Hove Skin Clinic brighton

Visited Hove Skin clinic for a very minor procedure. Excellent treatment from Dr Woollens and her nurse. All aspects of the treatment and aftercare fully explained. Felt at ease from the moment I met Dr Woollens and her nurse. Thank you.

Same as some reviews above. The nurses and doctors are good but the receptionsist and supporting non- medical staff quite bad. Not very professional or good with customer services. A bit patronising all over. They make the customers feel as if they are doing them a favor. They lie about situations and don't communicate properly amongst themselves. Such a shame for such a professional clinic otherwise.

I've just had my second visit to the clinic in 15 months for a repeat minor procedure. It could not have been easier. Dr Morris saw me as soon as I arrived (early) and I was on my way home before the actual appointment time. The service was efficient and friendly (to say nothing of expert) and - the pleasant surprise - no charge this time. Thank you, Hove Skin Clinic.

Had an appointment booked for red vein treatment. Took the afternoon off work only to arrive to be told she wouldnt do it during the Summer weather! It had been hot all week so im sure knowing what treatment I was having she would have known this prior to my arrival. July is Summer so god knows why is was booked in the first place! I would have thought a phone call to tell me this prior to my arrival would have saved me a trip there, paying to park and missed work. Her attitude was terrible and with no apology what so ever. Her whole attitude was awful and I would never step foot in the place again. The receptionist seemed pretty miserable too. Horrible experience. Avoid at all costs. There are so many other places to go in Brighton, dont waste your time going there. If I could give no stars I would!
