I was recommended Brighton Bodyworks after a neck injury and went to see Amy in an incredible amount of pain. In a couple of sessions I was well on my way to being fully healed. I now see Amy regularly for general all over health, wellbeing and self-care. She is super skilled, sensitive and professional with an empathy and understanding that make her treatments holistic in nature. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone!

Amy is a fantastic massage therapist and I would recommend her unreservedly. I first visited her when 8 months pregnant. In the space of one session she made me much more comfortable and helped me sleep better going forward. In a subsequent session she massively helped me relax after a stressful obstetrician appointment. She balances professional expertise with a caring, down to earth approach, and is truly excellent at what she does.

Amy was recommended to me after I suffered a back injury at work and was able to provide immediate treatment. Amy is extremely knowledgeable and able to communicate in a clear and concise manner which enabled me to understand how to cope with my injury and provided a road map to recovery. She provided both treatment and also rehab advice and guidance on how to treat my injury at home. Amy helped me recover from the injury in a much shorter timescale than anticipated. Having helped me recover from injury I am now working with Amy to assist with injury prevention, receiving treatments to stop niggles becoming issues. Amy has taken time to understand exactly what I require from her treatments and tailors each session to address any current issues and keep me fit for adventure. Very reasonable priced especially as I consider her knowledge and assistance priceless. I can not recommend Amy enough

She is the only masseuse able to cure the pain from my sciatica. Also now I have arthritis in my shoulder, she is helping with that pain. I honesty cannot recommend her highly enough. I would not go to anyone else.

Amy was so welcoming and lovely she made the whole experience so relaxing. I am 38 weeks pregnant and had the pregnancy “Glow and Grow” massage. It was bliss! Amy took time to ask me about my pregnancy and any specific aches and pains she could help with. The massage made me feel like a new woman! It was the perfect mix of pressure (really hitting points that had been niggling me carrying the extra weight of bump!) and soothing massage. I’ll definitely be back for a post partum massage as Amy kindly offers 50% off a post partum treatment for those who have had a pregnancy massage. Thank you Amy!
