Household Bargain Centre stoke-on-trent

Excellent service - great blinds and good prices. Family business. After dealing with a Hanley based blinds company (a mistake) it was a pleasure to find Household Bargain Centre. They don’t expect any money up front when visiting to measure, (like the other) and are pleasant to deal with (unlike the other grumps) Recommended. Look no further.

Great chiose of blinds lovely people and reasonable prices

I booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance on 08/06/21 between 10am til 1pm for blinds for my conservatory. At 1:30pm I rung the store and the assistant told me she didn’t know where the guy was who was coming to my home. I rung back an hour later and she still had no clue where he was. I waited in the rest of the day and he never showed up. I rung the next day to see why he didn’t show and the assistant said he must of been too busy on other jobs but I can book you in again, but I don’t know when. My reply was “don’t bother I will go elsewhere”. I wasted my day off work and I didn’t get so much of a courtesy call to say he wasn’t coming. I thought I would give business to a local shop and this is how they treat potential customers never again.

Had all my blinds from this shop would highly recommend them excellent service nothing to much trouble, just taken my Daughter there for her blinds x
