House of Radiators bath

Stupidly pleased with my radiators! They look amazing!!! Clare took such great care matching the pipe holes up so we didn’t make a mess in the floor boards. They’re also so warm!!! Love them! Well worth it! Thank you :)

Radiators were a great price but more importantly the service from start to finish could not be praised enough. For me nice column radiators are one of those products you have to view before buying (as there are so many to choose from!) so being able to go into the shop to see and be talked through the range was really, really helpful. You could not do that via a website! Someone came out to measure and advise on heat output - again helpful as I needed the radiators to fit into the existing pipe space and meet the needs of a drafty old house. The lovely ladies in the shop pulled out all the stops when I changed my mind and urgently wanted 'slip on feet' which arrived the very next day. This sort of friendly, personal service is gold and you wouldn't get that shopping online. However, saying all of that, if you were to buy via THEIR website I feel confident enough to reassure anybody buying online with House of Radiators that they would get the same quality service I received when I popped in in person. The rads are all fitted now and they look so good - roll on winter as we're ready for you ;).

I recommend all to purchase column radiators from this knowledgeable company. The staff are particularly clued up and helpful. I ordered to be delivered in the northeast and that wasn't an issue. The quality of the radiator is exceptional. Choosing colour and valves wasn't an issue either with advice from the staff. I'm over the moon with my radiator. Now tempted to have others replaced.
