Usually have an excellent experience here but today we had a grumpy assistant who told us to make our minds up if there was any other shoes we wanted to look at because it's a long way to keep running up and down stairs! We left without buying anything.

Extremely attentive and helpful staff.

Staff very helpful, knowledgeable about the stick. Bought a pair of boots, size four felt too big, three and a half too small. Staff suggested three and a half in a wide fitting. Perfect.

Bought a pair of boots online and picked up in-store. Staff were so helpful and friendly. I've walked far in my boots and they are so comfortable!

Assistant was very rude to my partner.My partner wanted to look at a pair of shoes but didn't like to ask the assistant about them as she was in conversation with another customer.My partner was trying to socially distance but in doing so the assistant abruptly told her to move somewhere else.My partner explained that she couldn't look.at the shoes she was interested in from where she'd been standing so the assistant rudely told her 'an excuse me would be nice'.How do these people get these jobs?.Anyway,she went to Brown's shoes and the assistant in there was lovely.So there you go.

Only one other customer there but was ignored for a long time even though there was an assistant available.
