Amazing staff, super friendly and always ready to help in any situation. Stylish hotel right in the heart of Manchester. Best price for location and services. Clean room, big bed, and amazing decor. The only problem to state was the heating system was a bit messed up. But the hotel fix it fast by bringing an extra heating unit that keep the room nice and warm. The shower was amazing, and I loved the whole experience.

location is great five minutes away from Piccadilly station. efficient and friendly service, room clean, and the design is quirky. the nice buzz inside the hotel, weather theme all around. food was decent and breakfast had a lot of options considering covid-19 restrictions however continental only with a bacon bap also on offer at no cost...will def visit again.

Overall we had an enjoyable time at Ibis Styles Hotel. The reception staff were friendly, informative and very helpful. Check in was was surprisingly quick. The room although on the small side was clean and tidy. The double bed was comfortable. There was a bonus of a large screen TV 📺 that had plenty of channels, which under the circumstances was great given that all the bars and restaurants closed at 10pm. The room was very warm and the bathroom had a large shower 🚿 which delivered plenty of hot water 💦 We booked a deal that included a one course meal 🍴🍱 which included a bottle of wine 🍷 We chose steak and chips 🍟and salad. The steak was tasty although a bit chewy, the chips were cooked to perfection. The wine was a house red which was ok. Breakfast seemed slightly disjointed as people were waiting for hot sausage sandwiches to be delivered from the kitchen in paper bags, coffee ☕ on tap from the machines, fresh orange juice 🍹 yogurt or cereals or croissant 🥐 was another option. I think in retrospect it would have been a better idea to have breakfast 🍳☕🍞 somewhere else. I like the quirky decoration around the hotel, although some of it is looking slightly dated and worn. Overall great location 📍 We will definitely book here again ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very funky, staff very friendly and helpful. Handy for everything. Room was very nice but disappointed with the view which was a wall. It said City view 😌. Good value for money and would stay again but this time I would contact hotel first and confirm description.

A nice basic place of good quality. The restaurant was nice with excellent cocktails, great customer service. If you plan on visiting Manchester and do not plan on staying within your hotel the whole time then this is perfect.

Excellent service from check-in staff. Very clean rooms and nice view of city centre. Very nice breakfast. Easy checkout. If you want to stay in Manchester city centre without breaking the bank and a nice hotel, this is the place.

Not a bad stay but would have been better if more staff were available and restaurant didn't have to close for this reason I ordered the 'cheers with beers' package to be waiting for us in our room. I had to ask for time for it FOUR times to be delivered but I never received it very disappointing for something that would have been so easy to do.

Very poor check in. Ladies on reception can barely speak to you. Hotel decor... Nice foyer but the rooms, corridors look very dated. Adequate for a couple of nights but wouldnt stay again

This was a really good hotel. Me and my friend had a really good experience. Tha staff was really friendly and we felt comfortable. The rooms were clean and tidy and the decorations were also very nice. The bathroom was also very clean and we were provided withe everything needed for a shower. Will be definitely booking this hotel in the future and i will definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for your service
