Great stay over the Easter long weekend. The hotel was very attentive and the rooms were clean and well looked after. An extra shout out to Amelia on the front desk - she was amazing and helpful at check-in and check-out. Was very patient even when I forgot my pin a few times!

Very central place to stay. Very comfortable with friendly service. The only complaint, which was from my friends, we didn't have a problem with it, they said the street noise kept them awake. It's near the hospital, so sirens, plus people speaking in the street and cars. I could hear these things but it didn't affect my sleep, but they all complained about it. We were 12 and 17 floors up. Double glazed windows might be the next reno. But, the breakfast was great, the view was lovely, walking distance to nearly everything we needed. I loved it.

Brilliant stay - equivalent to a 5 star hotel. Spectacular view from our room, crisp sheets, pillow menu, great shower and water pressure, cool bar to hang out in, and so central to everything Hobart has to offer. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall a grand old hotel that provided relaxation and comfort away from home. Furnishings in the room were old but well maintained. The carpet looked old but very clean. The location was excellent. One Star missing is for not organising the timing of the renovation/maintenance work so that hotel guests were not disturbed and inconvenience in anyway. During our stay, the work started at 7am with one day well before 7am. It should really be done after 9am where majority of hotel guests are up and about. Notification should be given to hotel guests when checking-in or allocate rooms away from working site even if upgrading are necessary for good hotel customer service. Unfortunately it failed to consider their hotel guests, ensuring a comfortable and undisturbed stay. Hopefully it will in the future since other areas were good.

We stopped here a while back but always meant to do a review. Great position and many rooms have lovely views. Easy walking to most place - especially the marina - some good restaurants. Flew down so no idea about parking etc. But Hobart is a walking town. The markets were one thing we loved.
