Strange, the above comment. Mr. Kissack quoted and fitted a sauna for us. I found him both pleasant and very knowledgeable. We have enjoyed many, many pleasant hours in the 'tub' and the servicing has always been carried out by Mr. Kissack in the same pleasant and professional way. I would think though that Mr. Kissack doesn't suffer fools gladly!

Possibly the rudest man i have ever come across and also extremely miserable. Called out for quote which took 5 minutes which he tried to charge £70 although website states free quotation. Do not understand how anyone running their own business would be so rude to a customer happy for him to be able to afford to be so.
