INTERESTING: The company have gone from arguing with me in detail about my tenancy to telling me anyone with my name has never stayed in one of their properties. How convenient to not remember. Looks like they don't even keep records - The deposit you have kept is very real though so you must have £500 more than you expected that year that no one occupied one of your flats and it allegedly required £500 of completely fabricated work. Well done Horizon I cannot believe this company are still allowed to trade
COMPANY: Told company prior to my tenancy that I would have 5 kids staying around at various points due to being a father of 5, was told this would be fine. Had nothing but complaints about them being there from other residents although I was in a flat (not shared house).
OTHER TENNANTS: Selfish self-centered residents with clearly no life experience in every property I had with Horizon as they gave the impression the world revolved around them
If you want a similar experience, rent with Horizon
UPDATE: They are now claiming I gave them a set of old rusty keys instead of the originals in an attempt to keep hold of my deposit. I will be taking this further if they keep trying to ruin my experience working down here
RESPONSE to your INITIAL response (before claiming you haven't heard of me). I was told to write a good review after just writing down my signature. Now that I have actually experienced your customer service (or lack of). I thought I would make this a much more honest review and not just based on when you were all over me to get my signature on your contract! Furthermore, I do appear to be the only person with a reply other than those who have given positive reviews which is questionable. I don't see the poor girl with rats getting a response or help for that matter
I have emailed the address you have provided in your response about my issues after several noise complaints about my sick 9 month old crying in the night on some of the rare occasions my children get to see me down here while I work away from them but there was no understanding from either Horizon or other Residents given my situation, only follow up complaints and accusations that they were living with me which is impossible as the older children are attending school up north. If you don't have memory of these emails I will be glad to send you the paper trail, alternatively you could look at your current faux dispute over the key handover, another unnecessary problem you have presented me with during my short time in Cardiff
So please do try your best to resolve my current issue. It has taken this quite public review for me to be heard
