The particular agent we were given by Homes4u, Alice Prittard, was absolutely fantastic in helping us find suitable accommodation for our group. As I am a third year student I have had experiences with some terrible agents. This, however,was certainly the best experience with any housing agencies I have had. You could not expect a greater service from any agency across Manchester. Homes4u certainly go above and beyond expectations.

Currently in the process of securing our rent for our student property next year. The office have all been wonderful and helpful, especially the representative Alice who took me to viewings and helped us to sort it all out. So far so good!

poor lettings policy's. make it so you can not rent a house attall from them if you're out of work despite being able to pay the rent on time each month. nothing to do with landlords mortgage just the own companys policy.
