Is this place going under? Seem to be no staff, they've closed the bar and restaurant in the sports centre, the Jacuzzi was smelly and green with toilet paper floating in it. The staff also don't seem to bothered about service. Paid for a years membership for me and wife nearly £2k.

Spa could do with Refurb and swimming lessons were on so not so private to relax and paid extra £5

3/ 5

Spa could do with Refurb and swimming lessons were on so not so private to relax and paid extra £5 for Saturday spa deal. Also was meant to be cup cakes only to be offered scones. Which were nice but if you know we were booked in why not have any 🤔. Treatment was lovely and jacuzzi was hot and nice just busy.
