Excellent customer service. Big rooms very comfortable with all essentials. Breakfast included in the price (£72). Great view from room. Bar open till 2am on Sunday night. Good breakfast plenty of choice. Great how the old dock building kept its character. Will stay there again. Highly Recommend this hotel especially as 5 mins walk from M&S arena where everyone went.

Utterly stunning location! Beautiful inside and out! The staff were friendly enough and the rooms are very pretty with exposed brick walls and lovely views of the docks. A mere 1 minute walk and I’m sitting at any number of lovely dinning places like Pizza Express. Awesome! Parking however is a nightmare. Perhaps because it was my first time but still, not explained well at all! There is NO onsite parking! Not in the strict sense anyway. The first time I went I managed to get locked in an underground private car park I shouldn’t have been given access to and is closer than the suggested car park for this hotel! Madness. You have to park at Liverpool One underground car park across the huge Main Street about a 10-15 minute from the docks. Otherwise amazing =D

Ideal location for the sights and sounds of Liverpool. Breakfast included for all, hot and cold with gluten free cereal available too! Lovely vaulted ceilings real character. Everywhere we went was space, light and airy. You have to use the lift or stairs to get to reception on first floor. You can leave luggage at reception on checkout day. Staff are really helpful.

5/ 5

Always a warm welcome from Jenni and the Team. Huge rooms overlooking Albert Dock. Discounted parking rates across the street plus on-site disabled parking (first come, first served). Buffet style breakfast with basic continental, cereals or cooked options served from 6am until 10am. All areas kept extremely clean. Ideally placed for relaxed dining around Albert Dock with short walk to Liverpool One and Bold Street. Beatles Story, City Tour and Beatles Tour 2 minutes away and other attractions within reasonable distance. We have been 3 times in the last 12 months and have had better experiences than some 4 star hotels. Staff are very responsive, especially Jenni and Rachael, and work hard to ensure your stay is the best possible. Highly recommend for the price.

Myself and my friend stayed for a night last night. All staff specifically Alex and Rachel on Reception at night has been amazing and being very helpful. In the morning around 9am a male member of staff at reception (couldn't catch his name) has left reception and explained about their buffet style breakfast and make me feel comfortable while getting me a tray. Room was clean with excellent view. Breakfast is complimentary and was spot on. Will definitely stay again

Very friendly, helpful team of staff. Breakfast food well cooked with a selection of fresh food and cereal's. Room lighting, coupled with very dirty windows (possibly 10 years worth of dirt) overlooking Albert Dock led to a very dull and dingey room, could easily have been brighter. Found double bed to be a little snug and firm for my liking. Overall a good stay over 3 nights.

Very decent room size but facilities needs updating. The location is perfect if you don't need to park a car because of limited space. Staff at restaurant highly friendly and food is excellent with limited choices.
