Brilliant atmosphere, I went in to browse and play the singing bowls. Then a folk duo set up and started playing! It was great and all the children were entertained. Lovely place to visit and look around. Would be educational for children as they have the widest variety of instruments that I have ever seen in a English music store.

What a lovely, helpful bunch! I phoned today to get some help finding a hard case for my husband's unusually shaped banjolele and Louis was enormously helpful, trying out various different cases and going above and beyond the call of duty to find the right one to fit. His colleague Dominique also was courteous and friendly when taking payment and sorting out delivery. Highly recommended - thank you so much guys!

Friendly and knowledgeable service - patiently helped me buy a mandolin, giving me time and space to try out several and ensuring I was happy with my purchase. Also was a great help in selecting an appropriate book for me to learn from. Highly recommended.

I went in to browse the selection of lovely acoustic stringed instruments with the intention of treating myself for my upcoming birthday. Sadly I was in there less than 5 seconds. I appreciate that the staff member probably didn't intend to be, but he was rather rude right off the bat, so I simply left. I'll spend my money elsewhere.
