This salon is so great. Wonderful staff and both times I have used them I have been delighted with my blow-dry. Ruby (not sure I've spelt her name correct) lovely stylist. Thank you ladies, shout out to the kind lady who fixed my necklace for me. Definitely reccomend this salon. The head massage was a delight.

Staff are stuck up have and have the attitude of nightclub door stewards. Had an awful hair colour experience with the Director of colour- I booked the Director expecting the best service considering they charge £104 for hair dye and blow dry 😳. Due to the Director performing an inadequate skin test I ended up with a major hair allergy at this salon a few weeks ago. I had informed them of the allergy but feel they did not take it very seriously. When I went in to show the Director what had happened I got a very corporate response, with little genuine apology, informing me head office would contact me. I’ve had weeks of scalp issues and hair falling out. Needless to say I won’t be going back.

I had an AWFUL experience in Hobbs Hatch End today. The senior stylist didn't listen to what I asked for at all and I left with a haircut I absolutely hate. I asked for layers and she cut it nearly all one length. I asked for a side swept fringe and she cut it into a straight across fringe above my eyebrows that was so heavy I had to ask her to thin it out - it was a blob of hair with no shape!!! They also didn't tell me until it came to paying that I had to pay for the PPE I had to use. A teary drive home!! Worst hair appointment I've had. Will not be returning.
