The Worst experience I have had with hair colour ever! The lady that was tasked with highlighting my hair did not know what she was doing and ended up not taking out the bleach due to which the new colour she put on was not taking effect. The entire process that was supposed to take around 90 mins to 2 hours took 6 hours!!! With my hair damaged, dry and brittle! Next morning I could not brush my hair due to it being excessively brittle, tangled and falling off. I had to go to another salon to get a hair treatment On top of all this, after 5 hours of the painstaking enduring if the lady’s incompetence I complained to the manager and asked him why a hair color is taking so long, he yelled at me saying the girl was tied down for the past 5 hours with me not being able to get any other clients. Needless to say I am Disgusted & Appalled with this experience, and never going to this place again

Really really bad place to get a haircut. A couple of the staff aren't even qualified, I'm sure of it. They meander around sweeping and then get given the more basic haircuts probably as a reward. Last time I went the guy clearly wasn't even a hairdresser and did a terrible job, and I only ask for the simplest of haircuts because I don't even have much hair. Had enough, never going here again.

I’ve been going here for 4 years and always get my hair done from the Lovely Diana. Today I went and another lady did my hair and I was there for 4 hours!!!! I did not need to be there for that long and on top of that when my hair was completed the colour was not put on correctly. When I complained to the manager he shouted at me and had the worst customer service! I only went here because of Diana otherwise I wouldn’t step foot in the place! It’s dirty, and no one cares about hygiene! I will never ever recommend anyone to go here
