We checked in early, they allowed us to go straight away to our room. This was very nice since we travelled by train and we were quite tired. I asked for a higher level for our room. We were right across from the 2 restaurants. We are in the heart of the action. This is the perfect location to go to all The Beatles tours and museums. Plus, you can walk to the pier to look at the boats and browse the shops. Lots to do in this area. You will have fun!

Fantastic hotel. We were given a complementary upgrade to an Executive Suite, free breakfast, access to the executive lounge (unlimited free drinks and food!). They also surprised us with birthday decorations in the room! The view from the room is incredible. Couldn't recommend the hotel more!

Quiet and clean, but missing attention to detail. Bathroom door would not close, reported it to front desk just after check in, stayed two nights, noone came to repair or communicate will be fixed. Complimentary water never replenished during our stay. Unfortunate rooms not inspected to ensure house keeping / room standards consistent. Not usual Hilton standard experienced. Ashamed as great location.

Location is great! Valet Parking is a nightmare! Wifi is horrible! Room was big, but we had an executive corner suite. They say it has a dock view but it only did from one tiny corner, most of our view was of the side of John Lewis building. The pillow case on one pillow was dirty, the other was inside out. The lights on one side of the bed were out in two different lamps. Breakfast was good.

Great views of the docks from the front. We had room 500 on the fifth floor. The breakfast had lots of choice but the hot food wasn't hot. I'm not a vegetarian but I highly recommend the vegetable sausages!! We had drinks in the Pima Bar which were nice but there wasn't many cocktails to choose from on the menu which were £10.50 each. I didn't like the smell of the air freshener in the corridors but everything else seemed clean enough. There is a shoe polishing machine and ice machine in the corridor by the lift for free. There is a chargeable mini bar in the fridge in the room and a free safe. The beds were amazingly comfortable!!

Excellent stay at the Hilton for 2 nights. Very comfy beds and good breakfast. Lovely decor for Christmas 🎄 Only thing that let it down was the shower, not much power and difficult to position without soaking the floor.

Lovely room and breakfast. Very comfortable bed, really soft. Air conditioning worked well which I find is rare in hotels. A good sized room with a king sized bed. Breakfast was an all you can eat buffet with loads of different options. I wish I had been hungrier as it was all really delicious.

Nice hotel, great location. Room temperature about in the low 100's. Liverpool Hilton more like the Bombay Hilton. Stop here for a cheap tropical experience.

Had a lovely stay here however we had upgraded and spent quite a lot on the room and found it a bit dirty. The headboard was so dusty and around the bathroom sink had dried Toothpaste. The rest of our stay was amazing.
