rooms are to a pretty high standard have most things needed, a safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. stayed during lockdown for 2 weeks, room service only, the menu was decent not too much choice wise but after the second week was a little boring, free parking across the street.

Excellent service as always. Price was surprisingly lower than the next nearest travelodge too! We stayed for a long weekend during the 2020 pandemic and the hotel had everything covered, from a booth you stepped in which blew cleansing fog over you as you entered, temperature checks when checking in, sealed stickers on the room doors to show no-one had been in since it was cleaned and even signs and labels showing the TV control had been cleaned. All very reassuring. We did have an issue with the toilet not stopping flushing but someone was round within 5 mins to fix it straight away. Turned out it was an easy fix so we didn't have to move rooms which was nice as we had just finished unpacking! Service was excellent as always, food menu was slightly reduced than normal (due to the pandemic it was quite quiet, so it's understandable) but no less tasty and reasonably priced for what it was. Room service was also very quick and prompt and again, incredibly polite staff providing excellent service. Everyone really did go above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. Parking is really easy and convenient in the blue car park just across from it. Would recommend, especially for the price (though check the football fixtures in case there is a match on while you're staying as that might affect the price)

A family two night stay with adjoining rooms. Excellent rooms, location and level of cleanliness to rival any others. This was great value for money. The consistency found with Hilton hotels is a real plus....you always know what you are getting, and it never disappoints. This Hilton is opposite the football ground, and minutes away from both the city centre and the beach. Parking is also not a problem. Couldn't fault any element of the stay. Will be back in the spring!

Fantastic welcome upon arrival and the whole experience was just great! Excellent gym. Wonderful meal experience at both breakfast and dinner. Good selection for breakfast. Ample supply of towels and toiletries in bedroom and easy to obtain more if needed. Brilliant to have the option of doing your own laundry with free facilities in house. Can't fault the service delivery. Thank you from an ex Hotel General Manager!

It is a hotel with class. Has a nice vibe, the room was comfortable with a desk, a reading chair and a nice bathroom. It was nice that it had a laundry room, a gym and in the room an iron and table to iron the clothes. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast had variety.
