Staff where brilliant, helpful and friendly. We had three rooms - family room on first floor - double room on second floor - double room on third floor. the third floor seemed to have it all... from slippers to lovely chairs outside. the second floor was without slippers and balcony chairs looking a little worse for wear. the family room, we complained that the balcony chairs couldn't be used due to the ripped seating - the response was quick and these where replaced. when booking go for the third floor if you can... it's the little things! We had complete gluten free options for breakfast - two members of party required gluten free. Not sure I would recommend the restaurant for an evening meal - expected better. All very clean, with plenty of parking. We went for some quiet family time, and that is what we got. Overall stay was really lovely, views over the cricket field and stadium came with a glorious sunset. Would recommend

Fantastic service, clean and well presented hotel. Great location for the cricket but a drive away from the city centre/port. The room was very clean, and the super king bed was amazing, two great night's sleep. Disappointed about the £3 per bottle of water left in the room and that we weren't told when booking that the spa pool was only available to those who spent £90 on a treatment. Breakfast was extremely busy, we should have paid more attention to the advised breakfast times posters that were dotted about!

Nice restaurant for a 4star hotel. Nice staff too. One poor thing though. Told weeks in advance that we needed hypoallergenic bedding. Found out at midnight that we had feather , and they had NO replacements. All the hypos had been used up...at a new Hilton! Ridiculous. We were given a selection if new towels to wrap around the pillows instead. When we checked out, not even an acknowledgement of the inconvenience, let alone an apology. Still nothing 2 weeks later. Not good enough.

Stayed for one night to be able to watch the 20/20 cricket from our hotel balcony. Very nice clean room, good bed. Good furniture on the balcony to be able to sit comfortably to be able to watch the game.
