Heworth Post Office york

Went in here to post xmas parcels off, the lady behind the counter was absolutely lovely and so very helpful, helping me to select the most cost effective way to send my parcels. Only lost out on the last star as queues are sometimes long.

My favourite post office. Most of the staff, apart from one, are friendly and helpful. It opens on time and is clean. I've not seen Ken recently. He was the most friendly.

Never had a problem here before. Served by someone who I've never been served before. Been ill and bedbound for the past 2 weeks so I wasn't able to go out and get proper packaging paper for my parcels and she started having a go at me for wrapping it in tissue paper when that was all I had in. I explained to her why I couldn't go and get other wrapping paper and she was persistent on me wrapping it in something else. To which I apologised to but I couldn't do anything about it. Extremely rude.

Always very helpful when posting things for Ebay customers if ur not too sure about postage costs.
