Heroes is not what it use to be especially the staff, the miserable unfriendly arrogant bloke that works there on a Monday and Tuesday he makes you feel that he doesn’t want you there, he doesn’t talk and everything is an effort. The chap who works there on a Wednesday is the friendliest member of staff and the other remaining days the chap is friendly but can be a bit quiet, no could do with friendly staff and more customers

What can I say I've read the reviews and to be honest some are very offensive and hurtfull. The two guys who are being slagged off have been dedicated hard working employees for the heroes gay sauna. Yes when I first went there many years ago the two lads in question did come over as a bit short and abrupt but trust me it's just their way these emplyees start earlier than what they should so as to make sure everything is up and running for you guys. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the team their. So for you small minded people that cant tell someone face to face their grievances get a life and stop being bloody childish. Get to know them before you slag them off it's just how they are it's called banter.

This was my first visit for a number of years and, as I arrived around lunchtime, I managed to get a free parking place in front of the sauna. The reception is around the side of the building and leads into the changing room with its very small lockers! The place has been refurbished since my last trip and there are all the usual facilities including a Jacuzzi. It wasn’t particularly busy on my visit but enough people to make it very interesting. There was quite a range of ages, some in the 20’s and some much older. Much of the action took place in the steam room (several orgies going on here and in the sauna) and first floor porno room was also active. There are private rooms and a sling room as well. On the upper floor there is a sun-bathing area which doubles up for smokers. There is a pleasant snack bar area and the member of staff on duty was friendly and helpful. I shall certainly visit again when in the area.

I have called in here a few times now on a Sunday afternoon. Although the place is of a high standard of cleanliness and quality unfortunately no-one ever seems to be in. I was on my own the best part of an hour and then for a futher two hours only three more clients came and went. There is no action to be had and certainly it is a very lonely place. I'd say it can't keep going much longer with this low level support. I won't be bothering to return as there is simply no action. The guy on the door was most miserable and rude too, maybe this is off putting?

Been visiting since 2018. Always found it to be clean, professional friendly service and unlike other saunas it feels more relaxed and less crowded. Recommend naked days as best time. Never failed to have a good time on a Sunday when I've been.
