Have tried calling 7 times today and can’t get through. Was charged for a not turning up at a class when I was there? Have phoned St Paul’s and they were excellent with helping me out. Disappointed with Henbury

Excellent facilities and generally really helpful staff. Sometimes can be a bit slow when noone is at the desk, however, will always be really helpful when there! Also great at responding to online enquiries. Lovely place to go swimming.
