I booked a Hollywood wax 3 weeks ago and had the best service from Harvinder. She was very professional, made me feel comfortable and at ease. I have had no issues with returning growth and no ingrown hairs, I am a very happy customer! Thank you for your great service, I have recommended Hemaxi to all my friends and family.

Mix up - sorry I thought this was about somewhere I went recently but just realised so I’m editing my post as follows: I had my legs waxed here because my usual lady is off.. I won’t be returning. The lady was late so I had to wait outside a locked building. I then had to wait for her to get settled and sign in etc. When I went into the waxing room I almost walked out. The towel at the feet was dirty and the towel/pillow that I was to rest my head on was filthy. It looked like it had been there for weeks. I was the first customer of the day and would expect a clean room. I asked her to change the towels but she told me they were clean. I was about to insist before she changed her mind. I was told this was a fresh towel but when I rolled onto my front it did not smell like washing powder so who knows. The wax itself was fine and she was very friendly. I feel bad leaving this review but a clean towel that I’m putting my face on in the middle of a pandemic is a minimum expectation for me so I was shocked.

Rupinda was extremley professional, quick and helped me feel more at ease. Definitely would use this service again. Only thing I would recommend is making sure the towels on the bed were fresh.

Terrible! I said to her please can I have my eyebrows as straight as possible but please don’t make them thin! I had grown out my eyebrows for 6 weeks this lady completely ruined them I’m left with 2 lines for eyebrows. Couldn’t even take take responsibly for her own actions, would not recommend this place for eyebrows at all

Harvi fitted me in for eyebrow threading last minute. She was very professional and kind and made sure I was happy before I left. Would definitely go again.

Had my eyebrows shaped and tinted here. Staff were so friendly and professional when I booked. Loved my eyebrows after they were done and the staff member made sure I was happy with them before I left. I look forward to many more treatments here. :)
