(so she said) as there would be no way on this earth that anyone would pay the amount of money we did for a wash out anyway. she got our money and the colour washed out after the first wash and the woman was arguing with us saying it was ‘just my hair’ and was shouting abuse. she continued to push us out the shop. and took no responsibility for what happened absolutely terrible scam
