Very nice and friendly but I could tell they were rushed. My nails aren't very neat. Very wonky. And we were charged an extra $25 šŸ™ wouldn't go back. They feel fragile as if they could break off at any second. My nails never usually feel like this after acrylics. There's a lot of excess acrylic under the nails that I would have to take off myself.

My sister and I are visiting Yeppoon and went to Helenā€™s Nails for standard pedicure spa. The leg scrubs and masks were good (3/5), the foot massage was great (5/5) but the quality of the shellac was really not good. Uneven coats, exposed nail (after 3 coats??) and it really quickly chipped off. I have never had this issue with shellac before. Iā€™d try the other nail venues around Yeppoon and Rockhampton before coming back here again.

EDIT: Am pleased to say i returned the next day to ask for my nails to be redone and had no hassle. Owner was very apologetic and was done within the hour. Much better work. *****Second time here. 1st time was great and no complaints. 2nd time, not so much. Didn't check until i got home but nails are lumpy, patchy and uneven after 3 hours in the chair. Waste of time and money.

Okay service. Nails were wonky and they tried to charge me extra for things they previously hadnā€™t. Wanted to go here to help support the business but I am disappointed. Things that are free of charge in all other salons are an extra 5-10 dollars more here. I know businesses are struggling due the closures but this was a bit extreme.
