The treatment was fine and the therapist was lovely. However the receptionist Cheryl was the rudest and most unpleasant spa receptionist I’ve never encountered. And ultimately that final negative part of the visit ruined the entire experience

Had a $125 ‘deep recovery massage’ mid December. Had never been to that particular Endota before

Had a $125 ‘deep recovery massage’ mid December. Had never been to that particular Endota before this visit. Filled in all the paperwork (sore points, ares I wanted concentration on, said I wanted to discuss skincare etc). The therapist did not refer to the paperwork at all and asked me what pressure I would like to which I responded ‘firm’. The therapist said I ‘can’t do firm’. I was cold during the treatment and asked about the products she was using to which she responded ‘I don’t know’. It was terrible and a waste of money. Really disappointed. I gave feedback immediately after and asked for a call back - still waiting…. I won’t go back.
