Asked for an hour massage and was quoted $80. The therapist worked on me for 1.5hrs (I thought things were taking a long time) but of course charged me $110 for the 90 min massage without an explanation of the charges (took my card and did not show or mention the price prior to tapping my card). It is irresponsible to do this. You need to explain charges to clients up front and need to consider that someone might have somewhere else to be following their treatment and rely on the masseuse for timekeeping when they are face down on the table. Unfair to do this to people. Also agree with the other reviews mentioning that is is a cold room, lots of noise, and not a relaxing atmosphere. Won’t be back

This was the worst massage ever. The room was cold, bed uncomfortable and no atmosphere at all, that was just the start. The swearing and noise from people outside the shop was horrendous. The massage was just a light rub with no aromatherapy used in the oil which I’m sure was a cheap baby oil. The hot stones were only used for a few minutes and the masseuse had to keep leaving the room to see if any customers we at the front counter this made my massage barely 60mins. I was then overcharged $5 when I paid and I was told because she rubbed my feet, I didn’t ask for this neither was I told about it. I didn’t get my $5 back. I was looking to get somewhere to get a massage whenever I’m in town but it certainly won’t be here.

Wouldn’t recommend, probably the worst massage I’ve ever had and I have them up to twice a month

Wouldn’t recommend, probably the worst massage I’ve ever had and I have them up to twice a month. The bed had no towels for your face or any bolsters or towels under the feet for lower back support, I’m rather tall so my feet were right on the edge of the bed and digging into the tops of my feet. It was very uncomfortable from the get go. The original towel to cover yourself once on the bed was already covered in oil from the previous client. Whilst I know some oil is required, I had oil dripping down all my sides felt like I was having a bath in it. I went in for a 1hr remedial massage, the technique was not remedial and more like a Swedish relax. The oil was half wiped off but then the therapist continued to use her oily hands and keep massaging the area she just cleaned. After 1hr the therapist said she wasn’t finished, I had other places to be and said I had to leave. I’m not one to normally leave reviews or put down other small businesses but this was very disappointing. My health fund covered the expense but not everyone is going to be that fortunate.

This place has to be a scam. WORST MASSAGE EVER. The lady rubbed my body, didn't really do much, total rip off. PLUS charged me an extra $5 for the foot massage that I never asked for. Avoid this place like the plague
