This was an last minute decision after passing this business, I was delighted be availing of the sauna having booked and paid for online via the website be sure to wear a mask I also opt in for the detox lemon and cucumber water and peppermint towel. On arrival met with a very pleasant girl Kate thanks again will be back in the future.

Today I had the best 30 mins relaxation I've had in years. I had a voucher which had expired during covid. Healing Heat honoured the voucher and I spent 30 mins in the flotation tank. Was so nice. If I could afford it. I'd have a 30ins flotation experience thanks so much. I'll definitely be back xx

Fantastic first time trying everything out. Felt amazing afterwards and having asthma, the sauna was great. No issues at all. Already booked to go back.

My Wife treated me to 2 treatments at "Healing Heat". Dry floatation & Dry sauna, floatation was a great experience & the dry heat sauna a challenge but worked it's magic! I am a Personal Trainer, ex-heavyweight boxer & Royal Marine Commando so my list of niggles, aches, pains & injuries are endless! I do feel much better after the treatments & will be recommending the service to my Clients if they feel they may need the service. Great staff, welcoming, friendly & very professional thanks guys & keep up the good work.
