I've been a member of the spa now for 2 months and use it regularly. Since joining, the Jacuzzi has not worked a single time I have been there. Each time we ask the staff why it hasn't been repaired and each time we are told the repair is imminent. They assure us that the Jacuzzi should be a relaxing 38C but it's stick at a fairly tepid 32-33C. This should not be so difficult to sort out. The sauna and steam room are great and i fully recommend them- although the shower outside is scalding hot and needs to be turned down a bit before it hurts someone. The staff is very friendly Please sort this out!!

It is such a brilliant place to relax, renew myself. The gym is super nice as well as the swimming pool. Luv the coffee and my avocado on toast with poached eggs. It would be great to have a more affordable monthly package or lets say for a 12 weeks. I recommend it to my friends who had a fab time there.

I would love to give this spa a five but I can't because of the facilities. The staff were fabulous (especially Siobhan), the treatments were fabulous but unfortunately, unless you've booked an overstay there isn't much to keep you there.

Have been here many times and it never disappoints! Siobhan is extremely helpful and made our stay so easy and enjoyable. Strongly recommend any trip here but the seasonal packages are especially good value.
