Thank you Jamie and Scott for friendly and professional service, highly recommended. I found the bike I've been looking for on Hayballs website, and fell in love with it at first sight when I visited their showrooms. I was made to feel welcome, and there was no pressure on me, or sales talk at any point, just friendly and helpful advice and service. The bike received a 41 point check, Annual service and valet, Auto check report, MOT test, and an Auto protect warranty. Promptly delivered with no fuss. Excellent service, many thanks to all the guys at Hayball in Salisbury.

First and last visit here today; It’s not hard to just say hi, can we help?, anything you’re looking for?, when a potential customer comes in. None of that here. Just ignored which is a shame/weird for a bike shop, especially when there were at least 3 staff and just myself there. If they can’t make the effort to at that stage, I won’t buy a bike from them for risk of equally bad after sales service. Worth noting there is very limited Yamaha anyway - only 1 bike I could see.

Paid twice for the same problem, both times I broke down bike was on the roadside a week before they picked it up. After they had the bike for about a week, they claimed they fixed the problem and I paided about £250. Less than a week later broke down with the same problem, they then managed to charge me another £250. Turns out all it needed from the start was a £20 wiring loom, but I paid £500 in "LABOUR" costs and 4 weeks worth of travel without my bike.

Took a 350 Meteor out from Hayballs, WOW! bit of a surprise! Light, comfortable ride, get down there and try it, really good bike. Also test rode a 650 Constellation which had all the good points of a classic ride with some very nice features. Fell in love with it, didn't want to give it back. The test bike had special exhaust which reminded me of the sound of the reverse cone Mega that we loved, back in the day! Good performance, nice ride, improved quality, great fun. I'm having one. Dealt with a nice young lad Ollie who works there. The customer service was first class and very positive, not too pushy. I will be buying through this lad soon. (all staff were helpful). Get down and try them, real gems.

Helpful and friendly staff made my visit to Hayball to test ride a bike a very pleasant and worthwhile experience even though I decided not to purchase the bike that I had gone to test. I can recommend this business if you are looking for a motorcycle dealer in the Salisbury area .

Managed to squeeze me in for a last minute MOT. They were extreamly quick and efficient. I even bought a new helmet to which they were polite and helpful, with even disposing of my old helmet. This garage is out of my way and I pass 2 others on the way there however Hayball will now be the garage I take all 3 of my bikes too. Well done team.
