Always wanted to visit Sandbanks and was very pleased when we booked this hotel. Read the reviews before we arrived and worries a little... But I can honestly say the stay was amazing. The ALL of the staff were very polite and could not do enough for us. We had a room with a sea view and what a view it was ! The hotel was clean and the spa really made the stay very pleasurable. Be able to walk stray from the beach into the hot tube... Priceless. It was our honeymoon and the hotel prepared the room with rose petals and arranged the towels into a love heart, a very nice touch. Would highly recommend this hotel for a holiday away from the crowds.

I got married here last Saturday. We loved it. The team went above and beyond for us. So friendly! The views are out of this world! We love the sea. Had wedding photos on the beach... amazing!! The rooms are a little dated. But if I had to choose wedding venue again, I’d still choose here.

Really lovely setting and extremely kind and helpful staff. We had a 93 year old who has not been out of her flat very much at all over the last 18 months in our group. Everyone was so thoughtful and set up so we could sit outside with a view of the sea for all our meals. She loved it and so did we! Thank you

Our favourite hotel in Dorset. Stunning location with indoor, outdoor pools, and private gate to sandy beach. Great food and restaurants. Rooms a little tired maybe but doesn't detract from a great hotel in every other way.

We have arrived for a 3 day stay at short notice. We found Good service and cleanliness, yes rooms are a bit dated but not as terrible as people have said or certainly ours was not. Re covid ... very clean and having stayed in 3 hotels recently they are all suffering from. The same staff shortages some are managing better than others and this hotel has done well thus far from our experience. Staff are smiling friendly and ready to help. communal areas are lovely and our balcony overlooked the harbour which was excellent. Our room was cleaned this morning while we were out and looked lovely on our return. Things that could be better would be to have a safe in room and upgrade furniture but bed was comfy and clean and overall very good .
