Hastings Medical Centre hull

Excellent GP service. Can always get an appointment, reception staff are lovely, Drs and nurses the same. Would recommend :-) Joined as could never get in my previous surgery, this has never been the case here.

Run a mile from this place don't join. No communication with patients, Dr's constantly making mistakes.

Recipients are really kind and helpful but unable to a 7 month old baby in by half past 8 on the day is just idiotic!! Yet again NHS running on a budget!!

Can never get an appointment then the receptionists shout out your personal illness over the phone so the whole reception can hear.. Thanks for that

Recently moved to this GP practice. Helpful and polite receptionists. Friendly, helpful nurses and GPs.

Complete shambles. I don't know how difficult it is to do a repeat prescription but this place is a complete joke. Ordered a week ago, had to ring again yesterday as it hadn't been done correctly. I was assured it would be done yesterday and what a surprise...today its still it's not been done. You should be ashamed. There's no wonder our poor A&E hero's are at breaking point.

Very inconsistent. Depends who's on reception and which doctor you see. I've been trying to get to the bottom of an ongoing problem now for over 4 years and still have no complete diagnosis! I often feel ignored and disregard with certain doctors and staff here. Very frustrating!

Great surgery. Been there around 3 years now and can honestly say it's the best doctors I've ever had. Great friendly staff. Very helpful. Doctors and nurses very thorough and comforting. Nothing ever too much trouble. Easy to book appointments and very helpful when it comes to appointments during covid to. Professional and accommodating.

Just moved to this practice and very impressed so far. Staff are friendly and helpful. Feel that you are treated as an individual which was not the case at my previous practice. Glad I moved
