AVOID. I'm unable to write a review as I had to unfortunately remove my original! but I recommend you find another firm! If you write anything they don't like they will threaten to sue you! and make you remove it : ( I imagine there reviews would be totally horrendous if they didn't make everyone remove honest responses to there services! Sadly very let down by someone at the firm, litigation, who promised me support to only latterly then be too busy. Was basically abandoned at a point in time when I really needed their expertise the most. Has proven very costly, leaving me feeling very misled and left totally unsupported.

Jonathan Rose and Sarah Phasey were superb in their knowledge, professionalism and speed in dealing with firstly the sale of our leasehold maisonette, which was more complicated than we first anticipated, then for the purchase of our new house. They were prompt at responding to emails and calls and always took the time to explain the more complex topics so that we fully understood our position and the appropriate actions we needed to take.
