5/ 5

EB&B dealt with the sale of a residential property and the purchase of a flat in a very professional manner. Paul O Meara was always obliging and available. The charges were very reasonable given the purchase of a flat is always more involved than the aquisition of a freehold property. I can highly recomend this firm.

We recently used Elliots Bond & Banbury to sell a flat and purchase a house. Afolake took care of our sale and purchase professionally and was always contactable which is something that I’ve had trouble with in the past. It was great that I could always pick up the phone to her and she would answer. Both estate agents commented on how responsive she was.

I was looking for solicitors who would sign ID1 form, emailed Eliots Bond and they replied that they are providing ID1 countersigning, no appointment needed, pop in any working day. I turn up 30th December to find that offices closed. Ok fair enough, try after festive period. I call office 3rd January to confirm opening, and receptionist advises me that they are open, but nobody would sign ID1. No alternative day or appointment given apart of saying try next week and see. Generally I cannot put in words how chilled lady who answered phone was, professionalism is non existent Would not waste time asking for any assistance at these solicitors
