Absolutely disgraceful surgery! After travelling away to family for Christmas and forgetting my inhaler (yes my fault). I called at 8.30am to get an emergency prescription sent to a local pharmacy, I chased 3 times throughout the day as the pharmacy still hadn't received the prescription. At 8pm (the last time the prescriptions are sent through) the pharmacy still haven't received anything. Let's hope I don't have to make an emergency visit to the hospital over Christmas!

My father went to see a locum doctor at the surgery and talked about his skin then asked for his cancer results the doctor told him she did not have time to discuss this and to make another appointment. She was rude, uncaring and now my dad does not want to go back to the surgery at a time he needs there help the most.Terrible to treat cancer patients in this way. There time is not more important than my dad's life. Shameful behaviour.

Great service, Letter arrived twenty fours after text to confirm date and time for second COVID vaccination. Only comment was the very long and slow moving queue in Cathedral Cloisters. Otherwise, fine, thank you.

On behalf of my mother. " I have nothing but praise for the way in which the Covid19 vaccination is being given to so many people. It must have been a logistical nightmare to prepare. Thank you very much. "

Contacted the surgery reception last week asking for an appointment to see Dr Ressa, the receptionist respectfully asked if I could give her an idea as the reason, which I did. She confirmed that the Doctor was likely to call me sometime during the afternoon. At 1pm I received a call from Dr Ressa and explained my situation, he suggested I could come and see him at 3.40 at the surgery, which was fine by me. I said that coincidentally I was literally driving pass the surgery at that point, he instantly said pull into the car park and he'd see me there and then. After my consultation he was writing to a specialist for a further appointment. Unbelievably my specialist appointment arrived the next morning. A first class service from the surgery showing considerable empathy.
