1/ 5

Despite the facilities and huge potential of this site, senior staff did not know about the laws and legislation surrounding patients. The mental capacity act was ignored along with the patients and some family members. Senior nursing staff neglect basics in the care of patients. Now it's closed, it's such a waste of what could have been with the right care and attention from management and senior staff members. I hope it's bought and brought back to life with staff who know what they are doing.
