Only use if you have a day to spare. One staff member working whose main aim seemed to be flirting with a female customer. So slow. Spent 25 mins in a queue of only 2 people waiting to be served. Really felt like a shop being run half-heartedly, not providing a meaningful service.

Visited to collect currency I had ordered online which was due for collection yesterday it had not arrived, I returned after the branch had received a delivery still no currency. I asked for help to sort the problem out I was told by the gentleman that he would not help me and he said he was not a representative of the post office, despite the shop being a shop and offering postal services? I have seldom received such unhelpful, rude and disinterested customer care. So sad that the provider of this wonderful community resource has chosen to deliver such poor service on this occasion.

Awful rude man behind counter. Never have I been spoken to in such a manner including being accused of having paperwork which was not given to me. He was annoyed from the second I got there ,as he wanted his lunch and everything was too much trouble. Avoid and go somewhere else at all costs

The convenience store where the customer seems to be the biggest inconvenience. Most unhelpful staff, a view shared by many other reviews. We can't all be wrong?

Owner never opens on time, says 9am but really it's whenever suits him, when you do get inside you're treated like an inconvenience, he doesn't like taking large parcels he says they take up too much room in the (mostly empty shelved!) shop!
